The RECRUITMENT ProceSs

Please note: You MUST be majoring in the Quinlan School of Business in order to apply.

Part 1: Information sessions

Throughout the semester, we hold five information sessions. Only one is required to attend. Once attended, you will be emailed a link to the application.

Part 2: Resume & Application

The application will consist of various questions that we wish you answer as in-depth as possible. We will also ask for your resume to be attached as well.

Part 3: One-on-one interviews

As the chapter looks over each individual application, you will be notified if you are moving on to the next stage. Here, you will meet one-on-one with a brother.

Part 4: Meet the chapter Night

As a chapter, we are so excited to meet each of you. After your application has been received and reviewed, you will be invited to meet members of our chapter.

Part 5: Business Simulation Night

Business Simulation Night is a professional event for PNMs to demonstrate their ability to work in a team and think outside the box.

Part 6: Group interviews

The final part of the interview process are the group interviews. Here, you will meet with multiple brothers at a time where you will be asked questions.

Once group interviews conclude, the brothers will come together and discuss the various applicants. A vote will be held. You will then be notified in a few days on whether you have received a bid to pledge with our chapter or not. We wish you the best of luck!
